TTI Boat River Cruise System

TTI Boat River Cruise System is a web based online reservation application aim to assist
TTI River Cruise organization. The purpose of this system is to help TTI staff to manage
their river cruise operation in term of reservation module. Current system required
customer to come over to the service counter to make reservation. In addition, the data
in current system is not well organized. Thus, the main objective of this application is to
improve the reservation process as well as managing data systematically. The
methodology used to develop this system is a waterfall methodology and this system
used 3 tiers architecture. This system only focused to TTI staff and their customers. As a
result, this system provided systematic database so that every transaction and request
by the users can be managed and should control the data loss. Finally, user-friendly
interfaces are designed so user can easily use this system.
