My Talent is a web based talent profile information system for the UMT’s non-academic
staff. It is to support the clients to identify the staff that have a potential to be candidates
for the higher position based on their performances. Currently, the system does not exist
making it difficult for the clients to see the records of the staff. The objective is to store
all the talent’s information and process the talent’s score of each staff. Generally, the
system focused on non-academic UMT’s staff grade 48 and above and it is developed for
the usage by staff under talent department of UMT. This is being develop using agile
methodology. The result of the system is to produce a more systematic and computerized
talent profile information storage system and can automatically generate the score of the
UMT staff performances to be nominate as candidates for higher position in UMT.
