The provision of services offered at the ferry terminal is important to customers that using
sea route to go to Langkawi. This study is focuses on assessing passenger services
provided at both ferry terminals, Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis. The main purpose of this
study is to identify the kind of passenger services at Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis Ferry
Terminal. The second objective is to compare the level of passenger services between
Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis Ferry Terminal and the last objective is to suggest the
alternative of passenger services at Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis Ferry Terminal. This
research conducted using questionnaire survey. Distribution of questionnaire will be done
to obtain the required data. Then, the data from questionnaire will be analyzed using
SPSS method to achieve both objectives. This study can become the reference model for
future implementation for other student about services at terminals in future.
