In Double UD Enterprise, the process of placing orders had been conducted manually by
writing it in a book. It needs to be referred every time the owners need to and this might
lead to confusion. Orders might be misunderstood because of the handwriting and there
might be redundant orders. Owners were also facing difficulties in advertising baked
goods because there were only small number of customers whom would noticed it.
Therefore, Bakery Management System (BMS) has been developed to assist the owners
in conducting the process of managing orders. In order for BMS to be developed, agile
approach has been used as methodology. By having computerized system, owners could
performed the process systematically where orders are stored in database. The website
could advertised the baked goods, making sure it is noticeable for everyone.
