GT 13 GRUPO DE TRABAJO DE SOCIOLOGÍA DE LA EDUCACIÓN participación. De hecho, y volviendo al inicio del epígrafe, su idea del vínculo coyuntural con las familias y de la relación estructural centro educativo-profesorado, queda patente cuando atribuyen principalmente al profesorado y a los equipos directivos las tareas de gestión y coordinación del centro. A los padres se les reservan las actividades extraescolares y el seguimiento de las tareas escolares. El grupo de humanidades se muestra más partidario de la organización y planificación conjuntas profesorado-familias y, por ejemplo, hacen recaer la responsabilidad del seguimiento de las tareas sobre el profesorado; o atribuyen entre un 80 y un 90% a las familias la capacidad de organización del curso escolar; o alrededor del 70% opina que la gestión debe realizarse conjuntamente entre las familias y los equipos directivos. Mientras tanto, aun considerando la participación de la familia como eje central del proceso educativo, se confirma una visión restrictiva del espacio de colaboración de las familias y una cierta reticencia a la participación de los padres y las madres: los límites deben permanecer y no deben confundirse los papeles de ambas agencias. La escuela y el profesorado cuentan con la autoridad y la toma de decisiones y la familia es un “complemento” a la educación y cuyo papel se sitúa en el exterior de la escuela. La colaboración se relaciona al apoyo de los padres hacia los profesores. Aun así, se reconoce que desde el centro se podría hacer más (informar más a los padres, comunicarse más a menudo con ellos, escuchar sus opiniones, ofrecer más flexibilidad para poder reunirse con las familias, etc.) y que existen carencias formativas en cuanto a la forma como mejorar la participación. Además, se relacionan los problemas escolares con el contexto familiar y la distancia existente entre los puntos de vista entre unos y otros se atribuye principalmente a los problemas en casa y a la diversidad cultural. Llegan a afirmar que, “ahora con la crisis los padres volverán a ser padres. Debido al paro actual se puede dar el caso de que se mejore la educación de los niños en casa debido a que los padres pasen más tiempo con ellos”. La problemática socioeconómica, la situación laboral y la falta de dedicación a los hijos se analiza desde la perspectiva de la no voluntad, de la negligencia de los padres,… sin considerar la realidad compleja que envuelve los hogares en situación de vulnerabilidad o excusión social y que, con la precarización laboral y económica progresiva, ve empeorar su existencia material y relacional. El grupo de humanidades se muestra más comprensivo con las familias y más crítico con el papel del profesorado; la responsabilidad no se relaciona directamente a la voluntad de las familias sino al profesorado y se asocia a la disponibilidad, la experiencia y la identificación con la cultura escolar. Igualmente, este grupo se muestra más abierto a la elaboración conjunta de propuestas y la colaboración con el profesorado en la organización y planificación del curso. Aun así, no dejan de ser críticos con respecto a los límites existentes en esa participación. No se refieren a la colaboración sino al apoyo, confirmándose la idea de educación diferenciada entre agentes que compiten entre si y que, más allá del concepto de educación integral (manifiesta y supuestamente interiorizado) limitan la participación de las familias al apoyo a la acción educativa de los profesionales. El análisis del discurso del alumnado nos permite reconocer las percepciones, y opiniones previas del alumnado. Este acercamiento a sus actitudes nos permite plantear un trabajo posterior sobre la necesidad de la práctica del trabajo colaborativo entre los centros y las familias. Collet y Tort (2011) parten de la hipótesis de que si se modifica la cultura escolar que rige actualmente los vínculos con familias y entornos, fundamentada en la separación, pueden producirse cambios significativos en los procesos y en los resultados educativos. Aun no habiendo planteado una evaluación pre-post basada en los mismos indicadores pretendemos completar nuestro estudio con el análisis de las valoraciones posteriores al período de prácticas. Este análisis nos permitirá conocer las experiencias del alumnado en relación a los modelos observados en los centros de prácticas, tanto desde una perspectiva externa (dinámicas previas) como a partir de su contribución como docente en prácticas.
