Clearly, the key competence of long-established
family estate and wine wholesaler
Brogsitter lies in making red
wines. Accordingly, one Spät- and one Frühburgunder
each grab the top spots. These
wines express the power of their steep sites,
something that keeps re-appearing in the
wines with more or less oak influence – but always
with balance and expressive fruit. Across
the white wines there is a smooth, rich creaminess
that destines them to be enjoyed over and
over again. Acidic freshness, however, is not
necessarily their forte.

Leather, soft smoke, stone and cherry combine to create an
ethereal aroma that rises headily to the nose. Despite the
vintage, the palate is characterised by fine concentration
and a graceful, firm and elegant structure. Cool freshness

Something ethereal and a little earthy mingles with the aromatic,
ripe cherry fruit on the nose. On the palate, it is
creamy and gentle, but also fresh and agile. Concentration
and fine tannins combine to create a graceful structure.

Something almost plummy mingles with the ripe cherry fruit
on the nose, promising maturity and generosity. The palate is
full of fruit and bursting with ripeness. This juiciness is countered
by gentle freshness and velvety tannins that round
everything off. 14,5 Vol.-%. cork, €€€

Ripe black cherry almost has something ethereal on the
nose, reminiscent of Amarena cherry and Kirsch. On the palate,
everything is concentrated and refracted through the
prism of freshness. A fine, expressive, powerful Pinot Noir

Black cherry and smoke fill the nose with their open fragrance.
The palate continues with smoke and cherry-like
nuances. Fine tannins cast their elastic spell over
everything. The ripeness of the vintage comes through
well, but is countered by wonderful freshness.
