There is much optimism at Weingut
Münzenberger. Two generations combine
their experience in modern cellar
techniques and their joy of innovation. Andreas
Münzenberger, an engineer of oenology,
runs this 19-hectare estate. His son, crowned
young winemaker of the year 2018 by the local
chamber of agriculture, reads ‘International
Wine Business’ at Geisenheim and produces
his own line of wines. His wines, like “Decoded
Poetry” show balance and ambition. His
Muskateller “La Fleur” and the lively Riesling
“Ringelpiez” also turned out well. That’s the
way to go.

Light peach on the nose, spicy notes and apple. Well-balanced
on the palate with a lemony, lively acidity and a hint of
fruit sweetness in the peach and nectarine fruit. Bright,
steely, juicy, round and lively, with good drinkability.

Focused on the nose, juicy peach, rose petals and flower
meadow with a touch of green banana. Juicy, aromatic and
fruity-sweet on the palate, balanced proportions, nice flow,
palatable with a delicious citric acid structure. Good varietal

Expressive nose with layers of sweet fruit, ripe passion fruit,
mango, tangerine and green melon. A slenderly-built palate,
juicy and mouth-watering with lots of acid freshness, clear

On the nose light peach, apple, herbaceous savouriness. On the
palate finely-concentrated fruit sweetness, stone fruit, peach
