This spur of the Taunus mountains covers
11ha/27 acres which rise from 393-590ft
with inclines between 40-60%. Its
medium-to-deep soils of stony, gritty mica
schist with portions of loess and loam allow
for deep root development of the vines and
come with excellent water-holding capacity.
It is a monopole of Weingut Robert Weil.

South-facing site at an altitude of
90-100m/295-328ft between the villages of
Erbach and Hattenheim. The approx.
7ha/17 acres have inclines up to 25% with
excellent water availability. The mica-rich
loess-loam soils are very calcareous.

HOCHHEIM | HÖLLE
The 44 hectares /109 acres have an incline of
up to 3-% at an altitude of 75-100m/246-
328ft. Facing south towards the river Main,
the Hölle site is protected by the Taunus
mountains and also benefits from the
moderating influence of the river Rhine. It
has rich soils of loess, gravel and clayey marl
with some calcareous sediments.
