actually make this happen. Manfred Egert
makes his finely fruited Rieslings with style
and a fine sweetness and acid interplay from
nine hectares of vines across the villages of
Mittelheim, Oestrich and Hattenheim – 85%
of them are classified as Erste Lage. The dry
Spätlese “Hommage à Jean” - offers substance
and elegance. The Sekt is made in a purist style,
spicy and mineral. Fabulous!

Yellow blossom, flower meadow, grapefruit, ripe apple and
mango on the nose. Shows good substance and balance,
grapefruit contributes a tart freshness, the acidity is ripe and
resilient, the fine sweetness fits well. A Spätlese with style

White flowers on the nose, mirabelle pear and ripe citrus
fruit, apple and cinnamon. Full-bodied with texture on the
palate, has power displayed in precise structure. Ripe and
vivid acid structure, good volume. Spätlese, which deserves

Ripe fruit such as mango and peach on the nose, fine herbal
spice and a little yeast, also peel of citrus fruit. Juicy and
