For years now, Nadine and Andreas Siben
have crafted absolutely solid to
very good organic wines in Deidesheim.
They confirm this once again this year and
prove that both white and red wines that hold
both power and elegance can be made in Erste
Lagen. These wines are a source of utter joy for
price-savvy wine lovers. The Riesling from the
Ruppertsberger Reiterpfad, presenting solid
length with its fine herbal savour, grippy acidity,
fresh citrus aromas and a very mineral
vein, is an exemplary representation of the entire
wine portfolio – which is huge fun.

Clear, rich yellow with greenish reflections. Fine herbal spiciness
on the nose, lime zest, smoke, shattered rock, mineral -
enlivening. On the palate; grippy acidity, citrus, fresh and
gripping with a mineral vein. Nice structure, good length.

Rich, clear yellow. On the nose fresh citrus fruit, lemon balm
and mint - fresh and lively, notes of papaya, delicate quince.
The palate has a grippy acidity and pull, very fresh, lime, mineral
spice. Good structure and length. Perfect.
