Desdeaquí se llega, de nuevo, a la profesión accesoria.Respecto de b ): Debe recordarse, además, que existen formas diversas deganarse la vida de naturaleza del todo intermitente y de mudable contenido,la situación de las cuales varia entre lo que son actos lucrativos de carácterocasional, eventualmente incluso perfectamente normales, hasta lo que sonactos de mendicidad, hurto y robo.Una situación singular ocupan:a) la adquisición puramente caritativa,b) el mantenimiento por un establecimiento sin carácter caritativo (porvía penal especialmente),e) la ganancia regular por medio de actos de violencia,d) el lucro obtenido por la violencia o la astucia con transgresión delorden penal.El papel desempeñado por los casos b y d ofrece poco interés.
