Dial Tone Test (#0)<br />

The Dial Tone Test attempts to seize a port <strong>and</strong> check for the return of a dial tone. It is run for<br />

CO-TRK (Analog CO Trunk) <strong>and</strong> DIOD-TRK (DIOD Trunk).<br />
