b. Error Types 257 to 300: displays the destination PNC connection number of an ATM<br />

Network connection that is experiencing an impaired path. The connection number is<br />

obtained by subtracting 256 from the number that is shown in the Error Type field. For<br />

example:<br />

If the Error Type field = 263, subtract 256, which equals 7, the PNC destination<br />

connection number.<br />

The Aux Data field contains the originating <strong>and</strong> destination PN number (XXYY). XX = the<br />

originating PN #, <strong>and</strong> YY = the destination PN # for example:<br />

1. Aux Data = 302<br />

3 = orig<br />

2 = dest<br />

2. Example Aux Data = 1510<br />

15 = orig<br />

10 = dest<br />

c. Error Type 301 indicates that there is a system wide impaired path network problem.<br />
