1004 ABORT The port was seized by a valid call during <strong>test</strong>ing.<br />

ADX8D-PT <strong>and</strong> ADX16D-P:<br />

1. Enter display port location to determine the extension of<br />

the port.<br />

2. Enter status station extension to determine the service<br />

state of the port. If the port is in use, wait until it is idle before<br />

<strong>test</strong>ing.<br />

3. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

DIG-LINE <strong>and</strong> E-DIG-ST:<br />

1. Enter display port location to determine the station<br />

extension or attendant number of the port.<br />

2. Enter status station or status attendant to determine the<br />

service state of the port.<br />

3. If the service state indicates that the port is in use, wait until the<br />

port is idle before re<strong>test</strong>ing. Attendants are always in use<br />

(off-hook) if the h<strong>and</strong>set is plugged in <strong>and</strong> the port is not busied<br />

out.<br />

4. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

M/T-ANL:<br />

1. To determine whether the port is in use by a valid ATMS <strong>test</strong> call,<br />

enter status station ext where ext is the assigned ATMS<br />

station’s number. If the port is in use, wait until it is idle.<br />

2. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 3 times. If the port<br />

is idle <strong>and</strong> the <strong>test</strong> continues to abort, escalate the problem.<br />

M/T-DIG:<br />

1. The port has been seized by a valid ISDN-PRI <strong>test</strong> call. Enter<br />

list isdnpri-<strong>test</strong>call to determine which call is using the<br />

port (from the M/T Port column). Wait for the <strong>test</strong> call to complete<br />

as indicated in the Start Time <strong>and</strong> Duration fields of the above<br />

display, or abort the <strong>test</strong> call with clear isdnpri-<strong>test</strong>call<br />

grp#/mem#, where grp#/mem# is determined screen the B-Chel<br />

field list isdnpri-<strong>test</strong>call.<br />

2. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />
