FW-DWNLD (Firmware Download)<br />

8 This is one of two different <strong>error</strong>s. On the SAT, enter<br />

status firmware download location to determine the<br />

reason code.<br />

Reason Code 6202: Invalid source board.<br />

1. Verify that the source board has a valid TN code <strong>and</strong> suffix (for<br />

example, AP).<br />

2. If the source board is a TN799, verify that the suffix is C or<br />

greater.<br />

3. Retry the download comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

4. If the <strong>error</strong> recurs, escalate the problem.<br />

Reason Code 6267: The digital signature is missing. Possible<br />

corrupt firmware file.<br />

1. Re-copy the firmware file from the <strong>Avaya</strong> support website.<br />

2. Retry the download.<br />

3. If the <strong>error</strong> recurs, escalate the problem.<br />

9 PPP ports not available<br />

1. Use another source board, or reschedule the download for off<br />

hours.<br />

10 Download Setup message to source board failed.<br />

1. Retry the download.<br />

2. If the <strong>error</strong> recurs, then escalate.<br />

11 Invalid IP address<br />

1. Enter a valid IP address on the change firmware download<br />

screen.<br />

2. Retry the download.<br />

3. If the <strong>error</strong> recurs, escalate the problem.<br />

12 Invalid login or password<br />

1. Verify that the login <strong>and</strong> password entered on the change<br />

firmware download screen are correct.<br />

2. Retry the download comm<strong>and</strong>.<br />

3. If the <strong>error</strong> recurs, escalate the problem.<br />
