CAB-TEMP (Cabinet Temperature)<br />

G650<br />

CAB-TEMP monitors the G650 <strong>and</strong> the 655A for the following:<br />

● The power supply<br />

- Inlet temperature<br />

- Hot spot temperature status<br />

- Fan speed<br />

- Fan alarm lead<br />

CAB-TEMP (Cabinet Temperature)<br />

● The G650 carrier exhaust temperature<br />

The serial bus is used by the TN2312BP IPSI to obtain this information from each power supply<br />

in a G650 media gateway. There is only one outlet temperature sensor <strong>and</strong> fan assembly in a<br />

G650, so information obtained from dual power supplies (slot 0 <strong>and</strong> 15) is redundant.<br />
