SNC-LINK (Switch Node Clock Link)<br />

3. Verify that the SNI the SNC is complaining about exists in the slot indicated by the<br />

<strong>error</strong> code. If the SNI does not exist:<br />

If you do not intend to replace the SNI:<br />

a. Use change circuit-pack to remove the SNI from circuit pack administration.<br />

b. If the <strong>error</strong> remains, re-administer the SNI circuit pack <strong>and</strong> then remove it from<br />

administration again.<br />

c. If the problem persists, replace the active SNC circuit pack.<br />

Otherwise:<br />

d. Insert an SNI circuit pack.<br />

4. Replace the SNI circuit pack that the SNC is complaining about.<br />

5. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong>. If this <strong>error</strong> is still in the <strong>error</strong> log, replace the SNC circuit pack.<br />

6. If a st<strong>and</strong>by SNC (the one with its yellow LED off) has this <strong>error</strong>, escalate the problem.<br />

Use status switch-node to show the active <strong>and</strong> st<strong>and</strong>by SNCs.<br />

7. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong>. If this <strong>error</strong> is still in the <strong>error</strong> log, escalate the problem.<br />
