This test performs a Layer 3 test for an H323-SGR (H.323 Signaling Group).

IP Signaling Group Far-End Status Test (#1675)
For a specific IP signaling group, this test will send a status query to the far-end to check the
integrity of the trunk. This test validates that the trunks on this signaling group can be used.
