37 (a) User Cell Rate not available<br />

38 (a) Network out of order. This cause indicates that the network is not<br />

functioning correctly <strong>and</strong> that the condition is likely to last a relatively long<br />

time. (Immediately retrying the call is unlikely to succeed.)<br />

41 (a) Temporary failure. This cause indicates that the network is not functioning<br />

correctly, but the condition is unlikely to last long. (Immediately retrying the<br />

call is likely to succeed.)<br />

43 (a) Access information discarded. This cause indicates that the network could<br />

not deliver access information to the remote user as requested (that is, ATM<br />

adaptation-layer parameters, Broadb<strong>and</strong> low-layer information, Broadb<strong>and</strong><br />

high-layer information, or sub-address as indicated in the diagnostic).<br />

45 (a) No VPCI/VCI available. This cause indicates that no appropriate VPCI/VCI<br />

is currently available to h<strong>and</strong>le the call.<br />

47 (a) Resource unavailable, unspecified. When no more specific cause values<br />

apply, this cause reports a resource-unavailable event.<br />

49 (a) Quality of Service unavailable. This cause reports that the requested<br />

Quality of Service cot be provided.<br />

51 (a) User cell rate not available. This cause reports that the requested ATM<br />

Traffic Descriptor is unobtainable.<br />

57 (a) Bearer capability not authorized. This cause indicates that a user-requested<br />

bearer capability is implemented by the cause-sending equipment, but the<br />

user is not authorized to use the capability.<br />

58 (a) Bearer capability not currently available. This cause indicates that the<br />

user-requested bearer capability is implemented by the cause-sending<br />

equipment, but the capability is currently unavailable.<br />

63 (a) Service or option not available, unspecified. When no more specific cause<br />

values apply, this cause reports an unavailable service or option event.<br />

65 (a) Bearer capability not implemented. This cause indicates that its sending<br />

equipment does not support the bearer capability requested.<br />

73 (a) Unsupported combination of traffic parameters. This cause indicates that<br />

the combination of traffic parameters contained in the ATM traffic descriptor<br />

information element (IE) is not supported.<br />
