1132 ABORT The port location for the primary D-chel is not known. This condition<br />

should not be possible since an administered circuit pack or media<br />

module must be specified when a Signaling Group is administered.<br />

1. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

1134 ABORT The associated circuit pack or media module is not administered. This<br />

condition should not be possible since an administered circuit pack or<br />

media module must be specified when a Signaling Group is<br />

administered.<br />

1. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 3 times.<br />

2500 ABORT Internal system <strong>error</strong>:<br />

1. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

1 FAIL Layer 2 of the primary signaling chel is down:<br />

1. Examine the results of the Primary Signaling Link Hardware Check<br />

(#636), <strong>and</strong> follow recommendations provided there.<br />

2. If Test #636 passes, the Layer 2 Query <strong>test</strong> may still fail if the<br />

signaling chel at the far end has not been administered correctly or<br />

if the signaling chel has been busied out.<br />

a. Verify that the Primary Signaling Chel (D-chel) at the far end has<br />

been administered correctly.<br />

b. Verify that the port used for the Primary D-chel has not been<br />

busied out at the far end.<br />

2 FAIL Layer 2 of the secondary signaling chel is down.<br />

1. Examine the results of the Secondary Signaling Link Hardware<br />

Check (#639), <strong>and</strong> follow recommendations provided there.<br />

2. If <strong>test</strong>s #639 passes, the Layer 2 Query <strong>test</strong> may still fail if the<br />

signaling chel at the far end has not been administered correctly or<br />

if the signaling chel has been busied out.<br />

a. Verify that the Secondary Signaling Chel (D-chel) at the far end<br />

has been administered correctly.<br />

b. Verify that the port used for the Secondary D-chel has not been<br />

busied out at the far end.<br />
