1003 ABORT The system could not allocate a tone receiver for the <strong>test</strong>. The system<br />

may be oversized for the number of Tone Detectors present, or some<br />

Tone Detectors may be out of service.<br />

1. Enter list measurements tone-receiver to see<br />

information regarding the system’s tone receivers.<br />

2. Resolve any TTR-LEV (TTR Level) <strong>error</strong>s.<br />

3. Resolve any TONE-PT (Tone Generator) <strong>error</strong>s.<br />

4. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

1004 ABORT The port has been seized for a valid call during the conference or noise<br />

<strong>test</strong>.<br />

1. If the circuit pack is a TN742 of Vintage 10 or less, this <strong>test</strong> is not<br />

valid. Otherwise, proceed with step 2.<br />

2. When the port is available for <strong>test</strong>ing, retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at<br />

1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

1005 ABORT The <strong>test</strong> was aborted due to a configuration problem. This <strong>error</strong> code<br />

occurs under either of the following conditions:<br />

● This <strong>test</strong> may not be applicable, or it may be disruptive to terminal<br />

equipment other than a voice terminal (for example, a modem pool<br />

member or music on hold).<br />

● The circuit pack is one of the following:<br />

- TN742 vintage 13, 14, or 15<br />

- TN769 vintage 3, 4, or 5<br />

1018 ABORT Test disabled by administration. Determine why this <strong>test</strong> was disabled<br />

before enabling it.<br />

1. To enable the <strong>test</strong> for a particular station, enter<br />

change station extension <strong>and</strong> set the Maintenance Tests<br />

field on the Station screen to y. Submit the screen.<br />

2. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />
