Parameter Download Status<br />

DIG-LINE (Digital Line)<br />

The status station <strong>and</strong> status attendant forms display the current download status of<br />

individual 84xx, 603, <strong>and</strong> 301B1 terminals in the Download Status field. Possible download<br />

states are:<br />

Status Explanation<br />

Complete Terminal successfully downloaded sometime in the past.<br />

Pending System waiting to download the terminal. This may require the<br />

execution of a background periodic <strong>test</strong> which could take more than<br />

an hour. A dem<strong>and</strong> download as previously described may also be<br />

used to initiate an immediate download.<br />

Not Applicable Not a programmable terminal.<br />

Possible reasons for a terminal not being downloaded include:<br />

● Terminal is off-hook.<br />

● Terminal detected a bad checksum.<br />

● Terminal detected a bad or missing EEPROM (refer to <strong>error</strong> log).<br />

● Terminal is busy programming data from a previous PROGRAM message.<br />

● Terminal is in the Programming Disabled state.<br />

● Terminal is in the Local Program Options mode.<br />

● Terminal is disconnected or out of service (use status station).<br />
