Notes:<br />

a. Error Type 1: the circuit pack has been removed from the system or is not fully<br />

administered. The alarm is logged about 15 minutes after the circuit pack has been<br />

removed, or 11 minutes after the SAKI <strong>test</strong> (#53) fails.<br />

To be fully administered, an IPMEDPRO circuit pack must meet four conditions:<br />

● Have an entry in the circuit pack screen (change circuit-pack)<br />

● Have the MedPro IP address administered (change node-names ip)<br />

● Be enabled (change ip-interface)<br />

1. Run the short <strong>test</strong> sequence first. If every <strong>test</strong> passes, run the long <strong>test</strong> sequence. Refer to each<br />

appropriate <strong>test</strong>’s description, <strong>and</strong> follow its recommended procedures.<br />

2. Minor alarms on this MO may be downgraded to warning alarms based on values set in set options.<br />

● Be physically inserted into the correct slot<br />

If the circuit pack has an entry on the circuit pack screen <strong>and</strong> any of the other conditions<br />

are NOT met, a MINOR alarm is logged. To resolve the <strong>error</strong>:<br />

● Make sure every condition for administration is met, <strong>and</strong> that a functioning MedPro<br />

circuit pack is inserted in the correct slot.<br />

● Completely remove the IPMEDPRO from the system:<br />

a. Remove the administered IP-Interface associated with the circuit pack.<br />

b. Physically remove the circuit pack from the slot.<br />

b. Error Type 18: The IPMEDPRO interface circuit pack has been busied out by a busyout<br />

board location comm<strong>and</strong>. Release the circuit pack with release board location.<br />

c. Error Type 23: The IPMEDPRO circuit pack is not completely administered. To be fully<br />

administered, an IPMEDPRO circuit pack must meet all of these four conditions:<br />

● Have an entry in the circuit plan (change circuit-pack)<br />
