1116 ABORT The switch could not change the service state<br />

1. See if calls are active. Enter status trunk grp#/mem#.<br />

2. If a call is active, wait for the call to finish normally, or drop it by<br />

running busyout trunk grp#/mem#. Then rerun the <strong>test</strong>.<br />

3. If a call is not active:<br />

ATM-BCH: Check the Error <strong>and</strong> Alarm Logs for ATM-TRK<br />

problems <strong>and</strong> see ATM-TRK (Circuit Emulation Service Circuit<br />

Pack).<br />

ISDN-TRK: Check the Error <strong>and</strong> Alarm Logs for ISDN-TRK<br />

problems <strong>and</strong> see ISDN-TRK (DS1 ISDN Trunk).<br />

TBRI-TRK: Check the <strong>error</strong> <strong>and</strong> alarm logs for TBRI-TRK problems<br />

<strong>and</strong> see TBRI-TRK (ISDN Trunk-Side BRI Chel).<br />

1117 ABORT ISDN service message outst<strong>and</strong>ing<br />

1. Wait 2 minutes, then try again.<br />

1118 ABORT Far-end of trunk is not administered<br />

1. Check the administration of the far end of the trunk. Run<br />

status trunk grp#/mem#.<br />

2. Try the <strong>test</strong> again.<br />

1119 ABORT The <strong>test</strong> call was aborted due to a normal call attempt on this trunk. The<br />

<strong>test</strong> call will only be performed if the trunk is idle.<br />

1. Wait for the call to finish normally, or drop it by running<br />

busyout trunk grp#/mem#.<br />

2. When the trunk is idle, retry the <strong>test</strong>.<br />

1120 ABORT The trunk is in the out-of-service/far-end state.<br />

1. Try to change the service state with Service State Audit Test<br />

(#256).<br />

2. Try the <strong>test</strong> again. However, the trunk may be in the out-of-service/<br />

far-end state due to problems at the far-end switch. If that is the<br />

case, no remedial action can be taken at this end.<br />

1122 ABORT No <strong>test</strong>-line number for the far-end switch<br />

1. Check the Trunk Group administration form.<br />
