Log for this board, reset the circuit pack.<br />

2. Retry the <strong>test</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

2100 ABORT Could not allocate the necessary system resources to run this <strong>test</strong>.<br />

1. Retry the <strong>test</strong> at 1-minute intervals up to 5 times.<br />

ABORT Internal system <strong>error</strong>.<br />

1. Retry the comm<strong>and</strong> at 1-minute intervals a maximum of 5 times.<br />

FAIL The <strong>test</strong> failed. announcements recorded or played back while the clock<br />

circuitry is not functioning properly sound distorted. The -BD may be<br />

defective or the Active Tone-Clock circuit pack (TONE-BD) may be<br />

marginal <strong>and</strong> is causing this <strong>test</strong> to fail.<br />

1. Reset the circuit pack with reset board location, then run<br />

this <strong>test</strong> again.<br />

2. If the <strong>test</strong> continues to fail, proceed to Step 3 or 4 as applicable.<br />

WARNING: Replacing the circuit pack results in loss of integrated<br />

announcements. See General notes.<br />

3. Replace the -BD. Rerun the <strong>test</strong>. If the <strong>test</strong> continues to fail,<br />

replace the Tone-Clock circuit pack.<br />

WARNING: Replacing<br />

the TONE-BD causes a COLD 2 reset. See<br />

Replacing the IPSI or Tone-Clock Circuit Pack. Replacing<br />

the -BD results in loss of integrated announcements. See<br />

General notes.<br />

4. If there are recurring alarms on this circuit pack caused by this <strong>test</strong><br />

failing, replace the -BD even if the previous steps were successful.<br />

PASS Announcement record/playbacks should have clear sound quality.<br />

User-reported troubles on this circuit pack should be investigated using<br />

other circuit packs <strong>and</strong> port <strong>test</strong>s. Refer to -PT (Announcement Port) for<br />

a description of the <strong>test</strong>s.<br />
