The aim of this study was to determine to what extent the employment of heads with staff,<br />

partners providing elements for the performance of its functions, being impartial at work,<br />

increasing the sense of belonging, loyalty, pride and camaraderie , influence the<br />

organizational climate in the municipality of Michoacán Acuitzio<br />

This work was developed as a type of descriptive research and design studio with a<br />

population of 83 real people, the sample was the instrument used was a questionnaire with<br />

Likert scale response, which was conducted in a population of 74 employees, A<br />

questionnaire of 46 reagents, in the section on immediate Officials and Heads are 11<br />

questions that focused on how to manage staff, which manages communication,<br />

teamwork,'s vision, empathy, consideration congruence with staff, among other things, in<br />

the section of employees, are 12 questions that focused on pay, respect, equity appreciation<br />

among other things, in the section of pride and loyalty are 9 questions to focus on pride ,<br />

motivation, confidence, vision, among other things, in the section of fellowship, are five<br />

questions that focused on fellowship, motivation, teamwork and other aspects.<br />

The results obtained confirmed the working hypothesis is formulated and the overall goal<br />

and specific objectives that were raised<br />

personajes ilustres, población actividad económica, misión, visión, filosofía del municipio,<br />

valores y organigrama<br />
