Abstract<br />

A company is generating jobs, investment in the country and continue to grow because of<br />

not only economically, is to seek recognition of society not only identifying mark, slogan,<br />

logo, colors and other aspects.<br />

But not all companies are dedicated to the production and there are companies dedicated to<br />

the marketing of products which need to implement sales techniques or strategies to<br />

achieve increased profits of the company, as a consequence, the result obtained is the<br />

recognition brand or product to offer.<br />

However the need to work on the basis of objectives is paramount as companies seek<br />

higher profits and the result is the intellectual growth and recognition in society and thereby<br />

again concludes that judicial economy is "if you get what you want , you always want more<br />

and more "naturally applies to individuals and businesses, with the direction to grow more<br />

branches in local, national or international market in order to expand, expand products,<br />

among other things.<br />

The aim of the research is that companies become more competitive and increase profits<br />

achieve, if you know the factors involved in order to become more productive whether in<br />

sales or production will be much easier to obtain favorable results, this will have to do the<br />

following: health and safety, motivation, leadership, goals, work environment, division of<br />

work, recognition, material and equipment required, among other things, sales techniques<br />

and strategies, care of customers and suppliers, distribution areas, advertising and image of<br />

the organization.<br />

Desarrollo del trabajo<br />

Introducción<br />

Es importante reconocer que las empresas pequeñas y medianas, algunas veces no logran el<br />

desarrollo o competitividad que se desea, esto se debe a que no se ha aplicado una<br />

estrategia o técnica que pueda mejorar el resultado económico.<br />

Se debe que tener la clara convicción y las ideas de lo que se quiere hacer para lograr el<br />

éxito ante la sociedad como marca de un bien o un servicio, por lo que en el marco teórico<br />

se explica en que consiste la productividad, estrategias y técnicas de venta. Una vez que se<br />

tiene la idea se trabaja en una gestión organizacional.<br />

En el primer capítulo se muestra claramente aportaciones de las escuelas de la<br />

administración para lograr una mayor productividad y porque debe de existir un ambiente<br />

de trabajo adecuado para obtener resultados como: la productividad, ambiente laboral,<br />

satisfacción, seguridad e higiene, motivación, trabajar por objetivos etc.<br />

En el segundo capítulo, consta de estrategias y técnicas más comunes que son utilizadas<br />

para lograr el éxito empresarial y un desarrollo económico más eficiente. Por lo que se tiene<br />
