Abstract
Through the development of this essay, We analyzed the international background related
to the productive, administrative and industrial processes in these days, and we did too at
the social, economic, technologic and even politic situation that the small and medium
business (PYMES) are developing themselves. By the way, this kind of business has a great
importance in the Internal Brute Product (IBP) due to the amount of them.
This essay focused about the urgent needing of improvement the quality levels of this
productive sector; so we exposed a set of general rules and experience in other countries.
Having this, the Mexican PYMES will be able to get the international trading markets that
currently are extremely competitive.
We talked about the features and way of operation, fundamental elements for
implementation and development; finally we suggested some criteria to promote its
application to the Mexican PYMES.
Also, we proposed a communication plan at country-wide level, explaining concepts of the
Quality Total system that would change the current PYMES’ management system, breaking
paradigms that are avoiding the proper growth right now.
We call to all the governmental and educational institutions, participant of economic
sectors, to contribute and support the program, in order to consolidate as an alternative of
country-wide management to improve the current situation of the PYME’s. In that way,
they will help to Mexico growing before the current world wide situation. When will
Mexico emerge from the group of countries so-called “In the way of growing”? Will
PYME’s be able to support this dateline and keep them in the current market situation?
