Desarrollo del trabajo<br />

Introducción.<br />

Como cualquier actividad humana, la actividad de la capacitación está guiada por un<br />

conjunto de creencias, valores y principios que conforman el esquema de referencia que nos<br />

permite tener una idea de lo que somos, de dónde estamos, de qué hacemos y de qué<br />

queremos. En consecuencia, la inclusión de la actividad de la capacitación en un marco<br />

filosófico de ninguna manera resulta aventurada; por el contrario, se justifica en tanto que<br />

sus acciones se dirigen primordialmente hacia el comportamiento que se haya influenciado<br />

por las ideas, creencias y valores propios de la empresa, así como por los del medio<br />

ambiente al cual pertenece.<br />

La reflexión filosófica respecto a las actividades de la capacitación en el trabajo resulta<br />

importante en cuanto a que se trabaja con seres humanos, que si bien ocupan una posición<br />

dentro de la estructura organizacional y tienen asignados determinados objetivos y<br />

funciones que cumplir, también poseen intereses, necesidades, creencias y valores propios<br />

que la capacitación debe conocer para encaminar sus acciones dirigidas no solo a la<br />
