Abstract
In the Technological Institute of La Piedad, there is little participation in the Technological
Innovation contest, when in competitions that precede Enterprising and Creativity
participation was much bigger, so this investigation is to determine which students
participate in the contest Technological Innovation, which is what has motivated them to
participate, how many students are involved, also, how many students are not participating
in this contest and what are the reasons why they do not, because this contest is so
important because it promotes the participation of students to create products or services
against the society, innovating according to the required needs today, looking primarily to
deal with mainly factors such as water, agriculture, communications, economics, energy,
environment, health and transportation. Been these issues of greatest importance to the
strengthening of PYMES that finally helps to increase national development.
This contest is the way to help students to expound creative, innovative and technologies
ideas that meet the goal to satisfy the necessities that appear in our national reality and
participate on them and undertaking in provide solutions to the problems that abound in the
country and thereby provide better conditions of life for people so their necessities are
satisfied thanks to the providing of products or services that maintains a quality
technological
Innovation.
Been INNOVATION a fundamental part in the development of organizations and one of
the great challenges facing Mexico so there can be a bigger competitiveness and
productivity in them, it is necessary to have a qualified human capital and according to the
current economic and social needs of our country. Therefore it is essential to generate the
programs and projects whose have, as a primary objet to attend the problems of our national
reality, thereby and undertaking in finding solutions or alternatives that help to create more
solutions or programs to contribute in create grates wealth and better life conditions for
people.
