Resumen
En el entorno competitivo empresarial actual, los sistemas de costos juegan un papel fundamental
para la supervivencia de las empresas, en las empresas industriales éstos son imprescindibles para
la óptima toma de decisiones. La investigación que se presenta utilizó un enfoque mixto, es de tipo
descriptiva, recolectó datos de 49 PYMES industriales con giros de construcción y manufactura,
utilizando como instrumento de recolección el cuestionario. La investigación tiene como finalidad
proponer estrategias que coadyuven a un mejor desempeño de sus costos en las empresas de
estudio. Se obtuvo como resultado un diagnóstico de los sistemas utilizados en los procesos para el
control de sus costos de producción, lo cual permitió conocer el porcentaje de las empresas
industriales que conocen sus costos y los sistemas que utilizan para su control.

Abstract
The current environment competitive of business, demand to the industrial companies very small,
small and medium-sized, for to take optimal decisions that enable them to stay in the market and
they increase your profitability. For this is essential that use's effective's where the costs systems,
that provide accurate and timely information concerning to cost production. In the first stage this
research had purpose elaborated a diagnosis of systems used by the very small, small and mediumsized
industrial enterprises to Villahermosa, Tabasco, for to control activities of construction and
manufacturing. This Research revealed which percentage of industrial enterprises; known the costs
of their products and the systems of costs that use for your control.
The research was descriptive of type mixed approach. The research used how instruments of data
collection the questionnaire and the observation. In This research were studied 49 very small, small
and medium-sized industrial companies. In one second stage we will to select a company of the
sample as case of study for to design a costs system for this type of companies.
